A team that paddles through rapids together doesn’t drown in office trivia either. We organise adrenaline team building events at Lake Bled for companies of 10 to 50+ people — with our own vehicle fleet, licensed guides and a single contact for the entire event. We combine activities to fit your team: from relaxed panoramic programmes to challenges your colleagues will still be talking about at every coffee break.
Our team building programmes
🏍️ The ATV Challenge — our flagship: a column of premium CFMOTO quads climbs forest trails to viewpoints above the lake with a guide. Each quad carries two people who swap along the way; fuel, helmets and insurance included (from €140 per vehicle, 2–2.5 hours). For longer programmes we combine it with full-day rentals.
🌊 The Rafting Regatta — several rafts at once on the emerald Sava Dolinka, raced boat-against-boat if you like. Class II–III rapids are just wild enough for the team to roar, and safe enough for absolutely everyone to join (from €50 per person).
🧗 The Canyoning Dare — the Grmečica gorge with natural slides and jumps up to 10 metres, where everyone picks their own limit (from €75). For leadership teams we recommend the private edition with a guide just for your group (from €119), and for the boldest — two canyons in one day (from €150).
🚐 The Julian Alps Day Trip — for international teams, conference groups and calmer crews: Kranjska Gora, the Vršič pass, the Soča valley and Bohinj in one day, with comfortable transport from Bled (from €140).

Practicalities
Programmes run from 2 hours to a full day; larger groups rotate between activities so nobody waits around. For a group lunch we recommend Restaurant Arbor at the same address (105 seats, set menus by arrangement) — we’ll book it for you. Dates are confirmed with a single email, and quotes go out within 24 hours.

What group sizes do you cater for?
Teams of 10–50 work best; larger groups rotate between activities so everyone stays active the whole time.
Can less sporty colleagues join?
Yes — every activity has a “soft” mode: on quads the passenger is a full crew member, in canyoning every jump is optional, and the Julian Alps trip is entirely relaxed.
What if the weather turns bad?
We ride rain or shine (ponchos on us); in truly unsuitable weather we reschedule free of charge or swap the programme.
