What We Process and Why
Contact form and e-mail: we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message to answer your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest). Correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after the last contact.
Server logs: your IP address, access time and visited URL are logged automatically for security and technical operation (legitimate interest) and kept for up to 12 months.
Bookings: purchases run through the Regiondo booking system; data entered at checkout is processed by Regiondo GmbH (Germany) under its own privacy policy, and we receive it to deliver the booked service.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, we process your e-mail address based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every message.

Hosting: Neoserv d.o.o. (Slovenia). E-mail: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail). Bookings: Regiondo GmbH (Germany). Appropriate data-processing agreements are in place.
Cookies
The site itself sets only essential cookies (caching, language), which require no consent. Some pages embed Google Maps and the Regiondo booking widget, which may set their own third-party cookies governed by Google’s and Regiondo’s policies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
