Purpose of the Website
BledAdventures.com is a travel guide to Bled and its surroundings. Third-party information (price lists, opening hours, contacts) is checked carefully but can change without our knowledge — verify it with the provider before visiting. Participation in outdoor activities is at your own risk; follow the operators’ instructions.
Bookings and Purchases
Experiences on this site are sold by A ADVENTURE FACTORY d.o.o. (Murova 2A, 4270 Jesenice; ID za DDV / VAT: SI10966285) or, where indicated, by a partner operator (e.g. OUTdoor Slovenia); the seller is always named during checkout. Purchases run through the Regiondo booking system, which shows the price, date and cancellation terms of each experience before payment.
Right of Withdrawal
For leisure services with a specific date or period of performance, consumers have no 14-day right of withdrawal under Slovenian consumer law (ZVPot-1); the cancellation terms shown for each experience before purchase apply.
Complaints and Disputes
Complaints are accepted at info@bledadventures.com and normally answered within 8 days. In line with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we do not recognise any ADR provider as competent for resolving disputes. Slovenian law applies.
