The Betin car park is Bled’s best-kept parking secret: the only completely free public car park in town, with roughly 65 spaces on Pot na Lisice above the centre. Being the only free option, it fills quickly in summer — arrive in the morning and you’re in luck; afternoons are a lottery.
A short downhill walk takes you to the lake; allow roughly ten to fifteen minutes, with a climb on the way back. For a full-day visit where a few minutes’ walk is no obstacle, it’s unbeatable value — for a quick lakeside stop, the lots with a free first hour (P01, P02, P07, P08) are more practical.
