September Bled Triathlon
Swimming in Lake Bled, cycling the Gorenjska roads and running along the shore — a September festival of…

Lake Bled is a legendary rowing venue — the June international regatta brings a thousand rowers from some twenty countries.
Lake Bled is not just a postcard — it is one of the world’s most beautiful rowing venues, having hosted four World Rowing Championships (1966, 1979, 1989 and 2011) as well as a European Championship. The traditional June international regatta brings around a thousand rowers from some twenty countries, competing across the weekend in all age categories.
For visitors the racing is free to watch and highly photogenic: boats glide across the calm lake with Bled Castle and the island in the background. The best views of the course are from the western shore between Mala and Velika Zaka, or from the lakeside path — the regatta fits easily into a walk around the lake.
