Description
Bowl Bar is a small kiosk with a big idea: fresh poke bowls assembled before your eyes, a minute’s walk from the lake. Choose one of four house combinations or build your own bowl — over a base of sushi rice go teriyaki chicken, marinated tuna, salmon or marinated tempeh, joined by avocado, mukimame (edamame), sesame and house sauces.
The concept is primarily take-away: grab your bowl and find a bench overlooking the lake — hard to imagine a more Bled way to have lunch. A few bistro tables stand outside, vegetarians and vegans are well served by the tempeh option, and delivery runs through Wolt.
