Slaščičarna Zima on Grajska cesta is the confectionery with the longest tradition in Bled — and the address where not just tourists but locals come for their cream cake. The offer is classic and homemade: the Bled cream cake (kremna rezina), the chocolate grmada (Bled’s other great dessert, known to far fewer visitors), Prekmurje gibanica, pies, cakes and homemade ice cream, with good coffee alongside.
